Over de functie
As technical buyer you are the most important link within Elestor. Your tasks are very broad so there is a lot of variation in your work. It is important that you build up, maintain and manage good contacts with suppliers. In addition, the following points belong to your responsibilities as a Technical Purchaser:
- Conduct analyses of technical data and specifications to determine equipment needed for projects;
- Ensuring that purchases meet commercial, legal and contractual obligations;
- Evaluate equipment suppliers and negotiate equipment purchase agreements;
- Manage contracts with suppliers;
- Communicate with stakeholders about the nature and function of purchased equipment.
Wat breng jij als Procurement Engineer
As a Technical Purchaser, it is important that you possess the following:
- You have a relevant supply chain, procurement, business or economics degree;
- You have relevant Nevi certificates, or equivalent;
- You have good computer skills, including Excel, ERP and MRP;
- You have experience working in an international company or have international experience;
- You as a Procurement Engineer have a real entrepreneurial spirit!
